The salon is held at Skillet — featured in the Michelin Guide, in the heart of Kuala Lumpur's city centre. Chef Eric Lee, Chef and Owner, will set the day's regular menu aside, composing a seasonal tasting sequence, course by course, for this table alone.
Over an unhurried lunch, attendees sit among peers navigating the same shift — a rare chance to compare notes with people who understand exactly what they're solving for, rather than people trying to sell them something.
This is the first sitting of what we hope becomes a standing circle — a recurring table for Malaysia's business leaders to return to.
